This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from Yaadiva Prints, a brand of Realize, located at Tarachandpatna, Jhanjir Mangla, Cuttack – 753009, Odisha, India.

1.  Return Eligibility

We offer a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged during delivery

  • Wrong product has been delivered

  • Product has a manufacturing defect

2.  Non-Returnable Items

Since we deal in customized and print-on-demand products, the following are not eligible for return/refund:

  • Products with customer-uploaded designs

  • Wrong design or incorrect details provided by the customer

  • Minor color differences due to screen vs print variation

  • Change of mind after order confirmation

3.  Proof Requirement

To process a return request, you must provide:

  • Clear photos/videos of the product

  • Images of packaging (if damaged)

This helps us verify the issue and take appropriate action.

4.  Return Request Process

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

5.  Replacement / Refund

If your request is approved:

 Replacement

  • A new product will be shipped at no extra cost

 Refund

  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method

  • It may take 5–7 business days to reflect

6.  Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before printing starts

  • Once production begins, cancellation is not allowed

7.  Return Shipping

  • In approved cases, we may arrange pickup OR guide you for return shipping

  • Return shipping charges (if applicable) will be informed during approval

8.  Important Notes

  • Slight variation in color/design may occur due to printing process

  • We ensure quality checks before dispatch, but rare issues may occur
